These terms apply to your use of antiqo.in and to every order placed on it. The website is operated by Antiqo, Seth Tolaram Kothari Marg, Churu, Rajasthan, India (“Antiqo”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Our pieces

  • We sell antique, vintage and heirloom pieces. Most are one of a kind, and each piece is sold to the first customer whose payment is confirmed.
  • Antiques show their age. Signs of wear, patina, small repairs and imperfections are part of their character; we describe and photograph them as accurately as we can.
  • Measurements are approximate. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
  • Dates, attributions and descriptions are given in good faith, based on our experience and the information available to us.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Shipping within India is free and fully insured. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Antiqo does not see or store your full card or bank details.
  • We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

3. Orders

  • You will receive an email confirming your order once payment succeeds. This confirms that we have received your order; the contract is formed when we dispatch the piece.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a piece is no longer available, if a price or description contains an obvious error, if payment is not received, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. The Lifetime Buyback Guarantee, cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

5. Antiquities law

Under the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972, antiquities more than 100 years old may not be exported from India. We sell and deliver within India only, and buyers agree not to export such pieces.

6. Use of the website

  • Please use the website only for lawful purposes and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
  • All text, photographs, logos and designs on antiqo.in belong to Antiqo and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Churu, Rajasthan.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
