Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every piece at Antiqo is a one-of-a-kind antique or vintage object, and every piece is protected by our Lifetime Buyback Guarantee. We describe and photograph each piece honestly, including signs of age, and we offer a live video viewing before you buy. This policy explains the guarantee first, and then when an order can be cancelled or refunded.

Lifetime Buyback Guarantee

Every piece you buy from Antiqo can be sold back to us at any time. There is no expiry date.

Every piece is covered. The guarantee applies to everything we sell, and each piece comes with its certificate of authentication.
The price depends on the condition of the piece. We pay according to the condition the piece is in when we inspect it. A piece that has been damaged, repaired or altered since you bought it is valued accordingly.
We inspect first. After inspecting the piece, we confirm our buyback price to you in writing. You are not obliged to accept it.
Original buyer only. The guarantee belongs to the person who bought the piece from Antiqo and cannot be passed on to anyone else. Please give us your order number so that we can confirm this.
Payment. If you accept our price, we pay you by bank transfer within 7 business days of your acceptance.

How to sell a piece back

Write to info@antiqo.in or WhatsApp +91 72319 51751 with your order number and clear photographs of the piece.
We will tell you how to send or bring the piece to us for inspection.
After the inspection, we send you our buyback price in writing.
If you accept, we pay you as described above and the piece becomes ours again. If you do not accept, the piece stays yours and we will arrange to send it back to you.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by emailing info@antiqo.in or messaging us on WhatsApp +91 72319 51751 with your order number. You will receive a full refund.
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. If the piece arrives damaged or not as described, see “Damaged or wrong piece” below. For any other reason, the Lifetime Buyback Guarantee applies.
We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a piece is no longer available, if there is an obvious error in its price or description, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

Damaged or wrong piece

You may return a piece within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if:

it is significantly different from its description or photographs on our website; or
it was damaged in transit (please tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or an unboxing video).

Normal signs of age, wear and patina that are shown or described on the product page are not defects.

To return a piece for either reason:

Write to info@antiqo.in or WhatsApp +91 72319 51751 within the time above, with your order number, the reason and photos.
We will confirm the return and arrange a pickup, or tell you how to send the piece back. For approved returns we pay the return shipping.
Please return the piece in the same condition, with its original packaging and any certificates or papers that came with it.

Change of mind

Because each piece is unique and can be viewed live before purchase, we do not accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind. If you later wish to part with a piece, the Lifetime Buyback Guarantee above applies.

Refunds

Once a returned piece reaches us and is checked, we will confirm your refund within 2 business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the amount.
For approved returns, the full amount you paid for the piece is refunded. Shipping is free, so there is no separate shipping charge to refund.
A buyback payment is not a refund. It is paid by bank transfer as described under the Lifetime Buyback Guarantee.
