Four strands of natural Basra seed pearls fall in graduated lengths, finished at each side with a triangular kundan-set terminal and a thread tie (dori).

Each strand carries a small lotus-shaped pendant in jadau work — petals of uncut and red stones around a central pear-shaped stone — so the necklace reads as four layered blossoms when worn.
