Description
A white figurine in bisque, the matt, unglazed porcelain long used for decorative figures. She stands in a classical pose, one arm raised to her head and drapery falling to her feet, on a round base edged in a dark painted band.
There are traces of old paint and a few marks on the figure and base, as the photo shows. A graceful piece for a mantel, shelf or reading corner.
